Whilst we take every measure to ensure our vehicles and machinery are maintained and kept in full working order, unfortunately there may be an occasion (such as breakdowns, traffic, accident etc) where we are unable to fulfil our agreement. Should this occur we will ensure you are refunded any amount paid to us for which you have not received the full service.
In the event of bad weather conditions, such as ice / snow we will assess the situation on the forthcoming day and communicate with you as to whether the vehicles will be able to attend. We will always endeavour to fulfil our agreement.
For Buddy the ice cream van we allow 2 hours serving time. Please ensure the times you arrange suit your order of day, as even though on most occasions we are happy to extend this slightly, there are times when we are not able to, due to other commitments, such as other events to attend.
Likewise, if we are delayed due to any unforeseen circumstances (such as heavy traffic, accident) we will ensure we will still attend and you will receive your full package as agreed.
